MT360 Upgrade -- MT360 Model Upgrade Method
Method 1: Local TF Card Upgrade (General Recommendation)
Copy the firmware file (such as FIRMWARE_F.bin ) to the root directory of the TF card.
Insert into the device slot, power off, then press and hold the reset button (or pinhole) and power on again, holding for 10 seconds before releasing.
Wait for the device to automatically upgrade (approximately 1 minute). The upgrade is complete when you hear a prompt or the indicator light flashes.
Method 2: Mobile APP Upgrade (Requires Device to be Online)
Open the device's companion APP (such as the 360 Smart Camera/Dashcam APP), connect the device, and then go to Device Management .
Click System Upgrade , and follow the prompts to download and install the update package.
Maintain a stable Wi-Fi connection during the upgrade process to avoid interruption.
Method 3: Computer Wire Brush (System Failure Repair)
Download the corresponding wire brush package and unzip it. Connect the device to the computer via a data cable.
Enter Fastboot mode (Press and hold the volume up button + power button after powering off), and load the firmware after the flashing tool recognizes it.
Click Start the upgrade , do not disconnect during the entire process until the progress bar is complete.
